What are the differences

Some believe that our DNA is programmed to stop or slow down cellular renewal as we age.

Others believe that some of the internal organs just wear out because of continual use over many years.

I concur with the first statement. There is really no reason that we couldn’t live forever through the process of continual cell replication and renewal. Of course, we’d eventually be done in accidentally at some point.
