How do you turn aging off in The Sims 3? Do you even have that option?

    Option Menu (The 3 dots on the bottom left corner)
    Options
    3 Icon
    The first box out of the 3 ticks

    Look in the options menu. You can lengthen their lives or turn off aging all together.
