How to prevent signs of aging?
hollydolly1083 asked:
I am 24 and I am concerned about wrinkles and all the other fun stuff that comes with aging. I am already starting to get dark circles around my eyes and have noticed lines on my forehead appearing. 1/2 white & 1/2 mexican so no matter how much sunblock I put on I still manage to tan when out in the sun. I’ve always looked younger than I am and would like to keep it that way. Any suggestions.

Use moisturiser every day before you go to sleep. Keep going with the sunblock, eat really fresh food so your body doesn’t have to work hard to digest it (making chemicals that age you) and drink water. Also try to maintain a healthy weight.

I would say proper diet and exercise. Your still young but you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle in all aspects. I think you should worry more about future health complications than looks because it’s scary in the future when your older. Just remember, “You are what you eat.”

the sun is the number one cause of premature aging. make sure you wear a sunscreen or a moisturizer/foundation with a sunscreen every day. you could also see an esthetician. he/she will analyze your skin and prescribe a good skincare regime for you skin type and condition. another helpful hint is to make sure you use a toner for your skin type after you cleanse or exfoliates. this shrinks the pores down an rebalances the pH. dry skin types should use a freshener with little or no alcohol and oily skin types should use an astringent

Wear sunblock about 30 minutes before you step out to let the chemicals work their magic. It’s not effective when you slather them on and walk out the door. Get a good night’s sleep, drink lots of water, exercise, don’t smoke, drink moderately, eat healthy.

aging
As you grow aging lines will surely appear. So that’s something you shouldn’t be worried about. Rather you should think of using something which will make them invisible. I do get them near my eyes and foreheads but have kept them invisible by using zenmed’s scars and hyperpigmentation kit. It’s the best for treating scars, wrinkles, aging lines and skin problems due to hormones. You could also use my discount code ‘zen4less’ which is still valid, in case if you decide to buy from them.

1 word: Antioxidants
Antioxidants are molecules that oxygen molecules would rather bond to than your skin cells, which slows agings.
For those who dont know, the reason we age is oxygen poisoning, the oxygen we breathe is the stuff that kills us, what irony.

Try to NOT smoke, that dries up your skin and hair. Resulting to aging quicker than non-smokers. Drink less alcoholic drinks, that will also result to dry skin and hair. Plus it affects your liver. Drink lots of water everyday. Take your vitamins everyday. Try to use good skin care products. Day and night moisturizers, etc. You should take care of your skin. The earlier you take care of it, the better chance of aging later in your life.

If you are looking for home remedy to reduce wrinkles, try this.
Smear honey on your face and leave it for as long as possible (but 5-10mins a day will do). then rinse off with tepid water mixed with a teaspoon of cider vinegar – this has a neutral pH and will act as a toner.
And if you have some bucks, Lifecell anti wrinkle cream would be a good choice. You can have more information here.
