Not comfortable in my own skin?
Tiny asked:
I am 5″1,100 pounds and about to hit the 2 decade mark. I don’t think I am fat or skinny, I just don’t feel good in my skin. Now that I am about to hit 20, I thought I would see myself in a more positive light and be more comfortable in my skin but I am not. Did anyone feel like that around that age? I still have a hard time taking to new people because I can’t help but think they think I am too shy or awkward or something.

well maybe you should do what i do.. i like to take goats and take their skin off and dry it out and wear goat skin when i am not comfortable in my own skin. it really works and people really take me more seriously as a goat.

I am 5’4” and 21 and there have been lenty of times when I have felt a little uncomfortable. What helping was that I realized that if people to do like who I am for me then its their loss not mine. I a completely outgoing person and talk to everyone now but I didnt used to be like that. I think yo should feel good about yourself and the people that are worth it will want to get to know you! Think positive about everything and good things will happen!

Create a video blog…instantly.
I completely UNDERSTAND what you are talking about.
The funny thing is most people are thinking the same thing about THEMSELVES!!!!
I’m a couple of years older than you. When I look back on how my feelings influenced my reality, I could kick myself.
The best way to stop doing this is to practice being POSITIVE about yourself. At first you will have to force youself to find little things, (you may think its dumb) but then you will find bigger things.
Being positive is a habit that you need to develop now. You will thank yourself for it later!!!!!

I think a lot of us feel this way but once you realize that a lot of other people feel the same way I think that you can just learn to not worry about it and just be happy with who you are.

HEHEHEHE at twenty three i am still dealing with it, but it just sort of … fades in time, one day you’ll realise you’re almost over it. Because you Deserve everything!! WEll, what i mean is you have just as much right to talk and maybe be silly as everyone else. And people aren’t as judgmental as we think, and if they are, hey thats their problem!!!!
