One key issue is realizing how utterly dumb you were as a kid. And seeing the kids today being just as dumb. Life goes on.

problems of aging that means… on aging population
one is that with an aging population there woul be more older people then younger and therefore it would be one working person taking care (financially) more older people.
there would be less people in the workforce.
the two above links…with less people in the workforce, the people who are working are lesser then before earning the money to care for more older people.

Health is one. Usually as people age, they need more medical care, and more money to pay for that care, which is the next issue. When people reach retirement age, their income gets “iffy”, so the ability to do things like pay rent/mortgage gets “iffy”. Those two issues should get you started.

The key issues in ageing is things like aches and pains, not being able to move as quick, drying of skin, graying hair but on the good side wiser, more confident

aging
That depends, since the parameter from which you asked your question is somewhat lacking. But from a superficial point of view, there are primary issues relative to the aging population, including:
Social Security and pensions. Will there be enough money to retire on comfortably, or even adequately.
Health care benefits and prescription drug benefits. Will there be adequate health insurance available for seniors, and will they have a low-cost prescription drug program that will meet their needs.
Housing. Will there be adequate retirement facility housing (upon incapacitation), that is safe and provides for basic to advanced medical needs.
The above statements relate to the most serious issues surrounding the aging population. Here are some other questions to ask:
Will there be enough funds in the social security network to provide for the rapidly aging baby boom generation?
Are health care insurance policies too complicated and too difficult to navigate, such that seniors are making unwise decisions regarding their most basic needs?
What is the homeless population among seniors? How can we rectify that?
How many seniors are living from one SSN check to another, barely subsisting?
I hope this gives some preliminary answers to your question. Thank you for asking it.
