What is the “hit the wall” age for men and women where aging outpaces efforts against it?
SQD asked:
And what’s the best response, to “age gracefully” or try to fight it at all costs?
When does fighting it become an embarrassment and why?

I can’t speak for women, but for men I think it’s 50-51. The battle is against gravity and the body just loses, no matter what efforts are made. However, muscle tone can be fairly well maintained. So, for aging gracefully I think is a state of mind anyway.
